INTEGRIS Health Enid Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in Oklahoma, is seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our Hospitalist team in Enid, OK.
About the Role:This full-time position offers a 7 am to 7 pm, 7on/7off schedule, providing exceptional work support to our INTEGRIS Health caregivers and the community at large.
Responsibilities:- Provides medical consultation, routine patient care, and follow-up as directed.
- Assists physicians with procedures and serves as a liaison between physicians and patients.
- Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact.
- Requires a degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in the state of Oklahoma.
- Requires current BLS certification.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
- 1 year of experience in a surgery setting (ISMC Neurosurgical Dept Only).
- 1 year of experience in a comprehensive emergency department setting (Emergency Department Only).
- Current ACLS certification if working with adults required in acute care environments (NZTI only).
- Current PALS certification if working with children required in acute care environments (NZTI only).
