Job Summary:

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer respiratory therapy care and life support to patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies and abnormalities
  • Perform critical care duties without supervision and act in a supervisory capacity when necessary
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Respiratory Therapist license or Temporary Practice Permit
  • 1 year of respiratory therapy experience (preferred)
  • RRT or eligible for registration with RRT (1 year to obtain license)
  • CPR/BLS certification or will obtain within 6 months
  • ACLS or will obtain within 6 months
  • Ability to follow directions and procedures
  • Good communication skills
  • Commitment to customer service
  • Ability to pass PA Child Abuse History Clearance and Criminal Background Check
