Position Overview:

As an integral part of our retail management team, you will oversee the daily activities of the sales floor at our retail location, contributing to our mission of reducing unemployment through community engagement.

Your role will involve assisting in the management of the production area as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to meet financial and production goals.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure alignment with sales targets.
  • Manage payroll and operational expenses within budgetary constraints.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any customer concerns effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting store environment that reflects our brand values.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of one year in retail management.
