Medical Records Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Records Specialist to join our team at Senior Lifestyle. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe administration of medications and providing exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as listed on the Medication Administration Record (MAR) and Treatment Administration Record (TAR)
- Provide personal care and general nursing care to residents, including vital signs, temperatures, blood pressure, and weights
- Document information in the daily log and notify supervisors of concerns
- Assist residents with needs and answer calls as assigned
- Perform daily cleaning of medicine carts and restock as needed
- Attend staff training and in-services
- One to three months of related experience and/or training
- Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties and communicate with colleagues
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong team player with a passion for helping seniors
