Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Systems Specialist II to join our team at Johnson Controls. This role involves performing system service and maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairing advanced electronic control systems.

In this position, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex electronic control system malfunctions, providing sketches of field changes and discrepancies for engineering corrections and drawings, and communicating with customers upon arrival and before leaving the work site.

To succeed in this role, you will need extensive knowledge of low voltage control systems and excellent customer communication skills to ensure high satisfaction. You will also mentor other technicians and engage in continuous technical training to maintain product proficiency.
