Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Electronics Engineer to work on the development and integration of RF communication systems on uncrewed air vehicle systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for research, design, development, integration, and test of various electronic equipment and systems, including RF datalinks, SATCOM, and Communications Networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and design complex RF communication systems and architectures
  • Develop and integrate RF and digital system components and subsystems
  • Maintain and troubleshoot RF communications systems and networks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) and 5 years of related engineering experience, or Master's degree in a STEM field and 3 years of related engineering experience, or PhD in a STEM field with 0 years of related engineering experience
  • Active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance once in position
  • Experience in RF communications and system design
  • Strong understanding of networking strategies, including SD-WAN
  • Familiarity with current network products and technologies, such as routers, firewalls, and switches

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $107,300 - $160,900 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
