Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Demand Planner to join our team at Randstad. As an Inventory Demand Planner, you will be responsible for forecasting future demand for our core items, promotions, seasonal products, and new arrivals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily guidance and oversight to the category team while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and analyze demand forecast risks; develop mitigation plans for optimal inventory levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly plan and update forecasts for new products, seasonal items, discounts, promotions, and new regions.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot demand-related issues promptly and accurately; maintain demand planning processes to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Assist in developing annual budgets and cost-effectiveness initiatives; provide routine and ad-hoc demand-related reports to management.
  • Oversee and maintain optimal inventory levels in the warehouse through effective inventory planning, collaborating with vendors to ensure optimal delivery performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or supply chain analysis.
  • Strong Excel skills and knowledge of SQL.
  • Understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
