Position Overview:
We are in search of a highly capable and driven Manufacturing Operations Leader to join our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities:
As the Manufacturing Operations Leader, your duties will encompass:
1. Planning, organizing, directing, and managing daily operations to surpass customer expectations.
2. Enhancing production capacity and flexibility while minimizing costs and upholding quality standards.
3. Overseeing production output, product quality, and timely shipping.
4. Efficiently allocating resources and maximizing asset utilization for optimal results.
5. Monitoring operations and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
6. Fostering a trusting relationship with the team and overseeing the recruitment, management, and development of plant personnel.
7. Analyzing data to identify areas of waste or overtime.
8. Committing to safety protocols within the plant.
9. Developing systems and processes to track and optimize productivity, standards, metrics, and performance targets for effective asset returns.
10. Staying informed about the latest best practices and concepts in production management.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Manufacturing Operations Leader position will possess:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
3. Proven expertise in Quality Control.
4. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing best practices, processes, and procedures.
5. Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and inspire a team.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing management software.
9. Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while adapting to changing circumstances.
10. Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
