We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers in the retail environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Engage with customers to provide personalized shopping experiences.
- Build strong relationships with customers and foster community engagement.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Parachute Home products and brand values.
- Ensure the store is organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Support store operations during opening and closing procedures.
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
In light of health guidelines, adherence to safety protocols such as wearing masks and sanitizing is required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Availability to work weekends and during peak seasons.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is essential.
- Familiarity with point of sale systems is advantageous.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds regularly.
- Self-driven team player with a positive attitude.
