Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis with knowledge of forecast modeling techniques.
  • Experience with Transmission Network Modeling tools, including Siemens PSSE or PROMOD.
  • Proficiency in data mining, mathematics, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
  • Experience in pattern recognition and predictive modeling.
  • Experience working with databases and extracting data using SQL variants.
  • Programming languages, such as Python or R.
  • Data visualization tools, like PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Version control tools, including Git and GitHub or Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic research-oriented group.
  • Experience in Python, data analysis, and forecasting is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working for a utility or power company is strongly preferred.
