Job Overview

Access Endodontic Specialists, a leading endodontic practice in Spokane, WA, is seeking a highly skilled Endodontic Associate to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our experienced lead partner doctor to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and maintain a positive office culture, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
  • Provide training and coaching to our clinical team on clinical processes and preferences.
  • Market to new and existing referrals to drive business growth.
  • Perform a range of endodontic procedures, including root canals and surgeries.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in endodontics.

Requirements

  • Surgical experience is highly desirable.
  • Hold a DDS or DMD degree with a completed certificate of residency from an accredited endodontic residency program.
