At Guitar Center, we're seeking a skilled Instrument Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our store's maintenance team, you'll be responsible for performing high-quality repairs and maintenance on customer-owned instruments, as well as maintaining our store's inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our customers
  • Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail
  • Maintain store-owned gear as requested and ensure it's in excellent working condition
  • Complete warranty repair work and meet quality standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
  • Skilled understanding of repairing guitars and stringed instruments

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center products
