As an Embraer Flight Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality flight instruction in both simulator and ground school settings. This position requires a strong commitment to regulatory compliance and adherence to CAE's approved training curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct flight training sessions in accordance with established guidelines and customer specifications.
2. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to guide clients through their training journey.
3. Facilitate pre and post-flight simulator briefings, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
4. Maintain accurate training records and recommend additional training when necessary.
5. Participate in the development of training materials and curricula as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Unrestricted ATP certificate and at least one unrestricted PIC Type Rating.
- Strong communication skills with a passion for teaching.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Participation in CAE's DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program is mandatory.
- Previous experience in Corporate or Part 135 operations is preferred.
- Authorization to live and work in the United States is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform tasks requiring hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
- Capacity to remain seated in confined spaces for extended periods.
- Ability to stand for long durations and perform physical movements as necessary.
