Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production TIG Welder to join our team at Aerospace Welding Minneapolis, Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the fabrication and welding of customer parts and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality welds on a variety of customer parts and assemblies.
• Meet or exceed quality standards and production targets.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production processes.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Follow all safety policies and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in TIG welding, preferably in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to use TIG welding machines, belt sanders, hand-held sanders, grinders, and other equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
