Production TIG Welder

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production TIG Welder to join our team at Aerospace Welding Minneapolis, Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the fabrication and welding of customer parts and assemblies, ensuring high-quality results and meeting customer expectations.

• Fabricate and weld customer parts and assemblies using TIG welding machines and other equipment.
• Meet or exceed quality standards, with no less than 90% of completed parts passing inspection.
• Develop and implement semi-annual process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Follow all safety policies and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Complete all necessary documentation for proper tracking of work.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to shop housekeeping standards.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of TIG welding experience.
• Successful completion of accredited welding course or equivalent on-the-job training and 5-10 years of high-level TIG welding experience.
• Ability to use TIG welding machines, belt sanders, hand-held sanders, grinders, powered saws, and various hand tools.
• Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods while performing job duties.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations in fractions and decimals.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds.
