Welcome to the role of Senior Business Intelligence Solutions Architect, where you will have the opportunity to work with our clients and cross-functional teams to develop business intelligence solutions that align with product roadmaps and customer needs.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with customers to understand their requirements and providing expertise in BI solutions. This role requires extensive experience in business intelligence, data engineering, and Looker.

**Job Description:**

A Senior Business Intelligence Solutions Architect is sought to support a Cloud Cost Management (CCM) product. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to develop BI solutions, address production challenges, and optimize analytics dashboarding functionality.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • **Business Intelligence Experience:** 5-7 years in BI or data engineering roles with extensive Looker and SQL expertise.
  • **Data Engineering Proficiency:** Skilled in schema design, SQL queries, and data backfill processes.
  • **Dashboarding Expertise:** Proven ability to create and optimize Looker BI dashboards.
  • **Problem-Solving in Production:** Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues in BI tools.
  • **Customer Collaboration:** Strong communication skills for scoping and managing BI requirements with end-users.

**Bonus/Soft Skills:**

  • **White-Labeled or Embedded BI:** Experience with Looker dashboards in embedded or white-labeled environments.
  • **Technical Roadmap Alignment:** Familiarity with working alongside engineering teams to integrate BI solutions with technical priorities.
  • **Customer-Facing Skills:** Ability to discuss BI needs and provide interim solutions during customer calls.
  • **Data Integrity Management:** Expertise in ensuring data accuracy and functionality through query optimization.
  • **Workflow Management:** Experience tracking and prioritizing BI-related tickets to maintain efficient workflows.

This position offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on location and experience.
