Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $ $25,000 - $30,000 per year, with quarterly wage increases and opportunities for advancement. Additionally, you'll receive weekly pay, student loan repayment, scholarships, and tuition reimbursement to support your career goals.

Job Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic Culinary Care Specialists to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you'll play a vital role in serving meals to our residents, assisting in daily cleaning duties, and working alongside our cooks to prepare delicious meals.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving meals to residents in a fine dining setting
  • Assisting in daily and/or scheduled cleaning duties, including work tables, meat blocks, refrigerators/freezers, sweeping and mopping floors as directed
  • Setting up the dining room, meal trays, food carts, etc. as instructed
  • Assisting our Cooks in preparing meals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience working in a restaurant setting is a plus
  • The ability to serve food and beverage in a fine dining setting
