Environmental Health and Safety Manager

The Environmental Health and Safety Specialist is a critical role at Kettle Cuisine, responsible for managing and overseeing the company's environmental, health, and safety programs. This position ensures a safe, secure, and healthy work environment for all employees, while also promoting compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a behavior-based safety program to promote a safety-first culture across the organization.
- Conduct hazard and risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential safety risks.
- Lead internal accident investigations and root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
- Manage and track key safety metrics, including incident rates and workers' compensation claims.
- Associate's degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a safety role, with a focus on developing and implementing safety programs.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
