Nurse Manager

LifeBridge Health is seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to lead our Brain Health Unit on the skilled hospital side of the facility. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, age-appropriate patient care and quality service to all customers based on the core values of Levindale.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide overall direction and coordination of area operations in concert with the Post-Acute Care Division's vision, mission, goals, and department specific goals and objectives.
- Actively participate in the budget process and in budget monitoring/corrective action process to meet prospective budgets.
- Assist in providing overall direction and coordination of area operations, including clinical management and fiscal management.
- Establish and implement systems to monitor and improve key clinical and financial indicators.
- Communicate effectively and promptly with internal and external customers, in all forms (written, verbal, email).
- BSN preferred; Bachelor's of Nursing, preferred; BSN's from CCNE accredited schools.
- 5-7 years related experience.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Applicable Specialty Certifications Preferred.
