We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Financial Strategist to join our team at Duro-Last, a Division of Holcim Solutions and Products US, LLC. This full-time position is based in Saginaw, Michigan, and offers an excellent salary of $85,000 per year.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include preparing and presenting monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior management, developing and maintaining financial forecasts, conducting financial modeling and scenario analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.
  • Develop and maintain financial forecasts, incorporating analysis of variances and trends.
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Support the annual budgeting process, including preparation, consolidation, and review of budgets across departments.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Enhance financial planning processes, tools, and methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent degree/experience is preferred. You should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques is essential, along with advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and BI tools.
