Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Coordinator to join our team at Image Orthodontics. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring their experience is exceptional from the moment they arrive at our office.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong work ethic. Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is required, with experience in a dental or orthodontic office highly desired.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, explaining treatment options and associated costs clearly and effectively.
- Manage patient appointments and maintain the office schedule to ensure efficient operations.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing information and scheduling appointments as needed.
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing and payment inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area, collaborating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
- Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic office highly desired.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with dental management software.
- Highly enthusiastic and supportive team player with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and proficient time management skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Compassionate, caring, and committed to providing exceptional patient care.
- Bilingual - the ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is required.
