Renal Care Specialist

As a Renal Care Specialist at Innovative Renal Care, you will play a vital role in helping patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guiding them in managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease. Your responsibilities will include assessing, educating, and collaborating with patients on care planning. This is a per diem position that requires a Master's degree from an accredited school of social work (MSW) and current state licensure (e.g. LCSW, LMSW). You will also need two years of clinical work experience, preferably in an ESRD setting, and current CPR certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
