Speech Therapist for School-Based Setting

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Willard, MO.
Job Summary: This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with students and make a meaningful impact on their educational journey.
About the Role:
- As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting individual and group therapy sessions for students, creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and working closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
- You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on student progress and outcomes, which will enable you to refine your treatment strategies and optimize student outcomes.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required, along with a state SLP license or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY).
- Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required.
