Job Summary

The Licensed Clinician - Primary Care is a key member of our multidisciplinary team, responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups. This role requires a strong understanding of best practices for various client populations and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Biopsychosocial Evaluation and Treatment Planning
    • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluations to identify client needs and develop integrated diagnostic summaries
    • Collaborate with the treatment team to prepare clinical treatment plans and update them as needed
  • Caseload Management
    • Manage a caseload of clients, identifying therapeutic, rehabilitative, and case management needs
    • Engage other team members in meeting client needs and provide quality case management services
  • Therapeutic Interventions
    • Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic interventions, adhering to best practices for various client populations
  • Client Advocacy and Community Resources
    • Advocate for clients to ensure access to needed services, including developing community relationships and resources
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Meet agency standards for timely completion of all documentation
    • Monitor client progress and reflect this in clinical documentation
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure
    • Master's degree in Human Services and licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC)
  • Experience and Skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
    • Advanced knowledge of psychiatric/addiction diagnoses and their impact on behavior and life domains
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
    • Crisis intervention skills and leadership abilities
