Loan Closer

Wintrust Mortgage is seeking a skilled Loan Closer to join our team. As a Loan Closer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth closing process of our mortgage loans.

• Verify scheduling information with title or escrow companies and input data into Encompass.
• Audit files for discrepancies and prepare closing packages.
• Complete a minimum of 50 closing packages monthly.
• Closings must be completed in compliance with investor guidelines and meet all at-closing conditions.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of mortgage lending or closing experience.
• Thorough knowledge of TRID, TILA, and RESPA guidelines.
• Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills.
