Mortgage Closer II

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Closer II to join our team. As a Mortgage Closer II, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of mortgage loans, from application to closing. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Verify scheduling information with title or escrow companies and input Encompass data
• Audit files for accuracy and consistency, preparing closing packages as needed
• Complete a minimum of 50 closing packages monthly, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines
• Communicate with title/escrow companies prior to and during signings, as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of mortgage lending/closing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of TRID, TILA, and RESPA guidelines, as well as financial software and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational, written, and telephone skills
