Key Responsibilities- Implement and execute patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, referring physicians, and other team members.
- Provide timely and accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Develop and enhance clinical and professional skills through ongoing education and professional associations.
- Support and participate in department operations and development.
- Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Assistant curriculum.
- Able to practice unencumbered.
- In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
- Working knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources.
- Full knowledge of resident's rights.
- Exudes professionalism in presentation.
- Ability to multitask.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English.
