About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Check each resident routinely to ensure their personal care needs are being met
- Review patient care plans daily to determine if changes have been made
- Inform the nurse supervisor of any changes in the resident's condition
- Assist residents with daily needs, including preparation for activities and transporting them to appointments
- Create and maintain a calm and cheerful environment
- Ensure residents' rooms are ready for receiving and help them feel comfortable
- Participate in facility surveys by authorized government agencies
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a 10th-grade education or above and be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in the state. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about caregiving and can enhance the quality of life for our residents.
