We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Technician to join our team at Siemens Industry, Inc. in Broken Arrow, OK.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with quality leaders, engineers, and supervisors to ensure final inspections meet quality standards.
- Inspect products against drawings, schematics, and test specifications using precision measuring equipment.
- Work with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate records in the SAP Quality Management system.
- Assist in discrepancy and non-conformance reporting, analyzing metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Document and respond to shipping damage issues.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge through training and development.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to travel for off-site training or meetings.
- Proven electro-mechanical skills and experience in inspecting product quality.
- Punctual attendance and ability to work second shift (2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Central Time).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and precision measuring equipment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Experience generating and interpreting quality metrics preferred.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings required.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 a plus.
