As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll be responsible for gathering and organizing information and processes to fulfill internal and external customer requirements. You'll support PPAP requirements and documentation, offline program CMM/Laser machines, and interact with inspectors to resolve process issues. You'll also enact and facilitate process improvement efforts, work with teams to resolve non-conformance issues, and contribute to calibration responsibilities.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, understanding of production cadence and machine shop environments, and experience with ISO and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) ASME Y14.5M. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and previous experience with ERP/MRP Systems are also essential. Additional helpful skills include Creo or NX software, non-destructive testing experience, and 6 Sigma/Lean experience or training.

This role requires a strong understanding of quality leadership principles and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
