Job Title: Distinguished Litigation Lawyer

Job Summary: Elgen Staffing is seeking a skilled Distinguished Litigation Lawyer to join our team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing plaintiff personal injury litigation from inception to resolution.

  • Conduct thorough legal research and gather relevant case information for NY and NJ cases.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court team members.
  • Manage case files and maintain organized documentation.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients.

Requirements:

  • Ability to listen clearly and manage multiple caseloads.
  • Proficiency in negotiating settlements with insurance carriers and resolving property damage claims.
  • Ability to trial cases and interact with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney.
