Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to join our team at Alomere Health. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and other surgical staff during procedures, maintaining a sterile field and ensuring patient safety.
  • Prepare and maintain operating rooms, including setting up equipment and supplies.
  • Stock and manage surgical supplies, including needles, suture, and instruments.
  • Collaborate with registered nurses and other surgical personnel to ensure seamless procedure execution.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and procedures.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary certificate or associate degree in surgical technology.
  • Experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred.
