We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our paper mill team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing shift operations, providing leadership and support, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage shift operations of two paper machines, recycled pulping plant, shipping and warehouse operations
  • Provide leadership and support within a high-performance work system
  • Provide feedback, coaching, support, and corrective measures to ensure all team members have a positive, productive, and safe work environment
  • Report to the Manufacturing Manager

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated and successful leadership ability in a heavy manufacturing environment, including knowledge of and leadership in manufacturing safety practices
  • A high level of integrity, energy, and leadership ability to develop and lead others
  • Effective oral and written communications skills with proven ability to provide positive and improvement feedback
  • College Degree Preferred
