Key Responsibilities
  • Electro-Mechanical Troubleshooting: Analyze and diagnose complex electro-mechanical problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Equipment Installation and Repair: Install and repair electro-mechanical equipment, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including service reports and repair documentation.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies, attending training sessions and workshops as required.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A minimum of a high school diploma/GED and/or one to three years of experience in a similar environment or equivalent in college or vocational education.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including reading schematics and manuals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Certifications: Certification in one or more of the following areas: Gilbarco Dispenser, Gasboy Fleet, Passport, Veeder Root, Verifone, Fuel Master.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, with hours of work and days Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Local travel is expected for this position.
