Position Overview:
This role is situated within the Louisiana Department of Health / Medical Vendor Administration (MVA) - Eligibility Program Operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain proficiency in LDH systems and assist with data entry for tracking purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting requirements to management and relevant federal agencies.

No Civil Service test score is necessary for consideration.

Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree plus one year of professional experience in relevant fields such as administrative services, public health, or social services.

Substitutions:
Six years of full-time work experience may substitute for the required degree. Candidates may also combine work experience and college credit to meet degree requirements.

Note:
All educational qualifications must be from accredited institutions.

Work Environment:
This position is classified as experienced, receiving general supervision from a Medicaid Program Supervisor or higher.
