Responsibilities- Execute supervisor's directives for food production and prepare food and beverage items for guests by adhering to recipe guidelines, utilizing proper preparation techniques, and following sanitation protocols.
- Set up, operate, and maintain kitchen equipment according to established procedures while ensuring workstations are clean, organized, sanitized, and adequately stocked.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
- Adhere to supervisor's instructions for opening and closing procedures.
- Ability to read and comprehend recipes and food abbreviations.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work as a team player, following established procedures and taking direction.
- Basic math skills, with the capability to calculate and follow recipe measurements.
- No prior experience or diploma required.
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs or more.
- Ability to stand for extended periods while bending, lifting, and reaching.
- Ability to move quickly and manage multiple orders.
- Exposure to varying temperatures.
