Element Technical Services is seeking a skilled Frac Operator II to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating and troubleshooting hydraulic horsepower equipment, ensuring proper pump operation, and maintaining equipment through preventive measures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pump Operation: Safely operate the FRAC pump as directed by the treater, ensuring pumps are only rolled over after receiving clearance from the Line Boss.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with the Line Boss, challenging and confirming instructions before engaging equipment.
  • Safety: Ensure the safety of personnel and equipment by verifying high and low side valving and monitoring equipment health.
  • Troubleshooting: Address and resolve issues quickly to maintain job quality.
  • Maintenance: Adhere to preventative maintenance protocols.
Requirements
  • Licenses: Valid A CDL with Tanker and HazMat endorsements.
  • Driving Record: Satisfactory driving record.
  • Experience: Proven ability to perform all tasks of lower job classification.
  • Safety Knowledge: Understanding of truck and equipment safety and maintenance.
  • Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Work Ethic: High integrity, strong work ethic, and ability to handle stress.
  • Independence: Ability to work with minimal supervision and in diverse environments.

Physical Requirements
  • Mobility: Prolonged standing and walking; ability to lift and move over 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility: Ability to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed.
  • Availability: Capable of working overtime, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
Work Environment
  • Rotation Schedule: Varies.
  • Conditions: Outdoor work in all weather conditions, exposure to noise, contaminants, dust, etc.
Travel Requirements
  • Travel: Regular travel to off-site locations required.
