Salary Range: $200,000 - $250,000 per year,

Job Description:
This role presents a unique opportunity for a primary care provider to join our market leadership team and contribute to establishing initial operations and implementing growth strategies. As a key member, you will be responsible for working with and leading clinical staff, balancing primary care practice and administrative responsibilities. Your focus will initially be on establishing clinical operations and supporting market growth strategic development. Clinical and administrative responsibilities will evolve based on the establishment of initial operating capabilities and the growth of the clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will serve as a primary care provider for assigned Flagship Health patients.
  • Support Organizational Strategy: Contribute to our goal of continuous improvement by working collaboratively as a leader at the deck plate, sharing best practices and improvement opportunities.
  • Your duties will primarily focus on the performance of clinical and associated business operations, but you will have strategic input into various organizational-wide projects and initiatives across categories including:
    • Care Management
    • Quality Improvement
    • Utilization Management
    • Clinical Committee Functions/Leadership
    • Network Management
    • Health Plan Management
    • Documentation/Risk Adjustment
    • Clinical Compliance & Policy Development
