About the Role

We are seeking a skilled User Experience Researcher to join our team at Tier4 Group. As a UX Researcher, you will play a critical role in championing the voice of the user, addressing their needs, pain points, and behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand user challenges and advocate for their needs.
  • Determine the appropriate research methodologies to address stakeholder questions.
  • Lead research initiatives from project kick-off through data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings.
  • Create UX Research artifacts, including research proposals, moderator guides, and detailed reports.
  • Synthesize complex research data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Identify and capitalize on unmet research opportunities to enhance the user experience.
  • Recruit and manage a diverse pool of research participants from internal and external sources.
  • Act as a central resource for user insights, helping to guide product decisions across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree or higher in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Human Factors, Social Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including contextual inquiry, usability testing, interviews, surveys, focus groups, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Experience using UX research tools such as OptimalSort, UserZoom, or
  • Familiarity with survey platforms like Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
  • Willingness to challenge existing assumptions and think creatively when addressing user needs.
