Job Overview

Position: Chiller Systems Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting of chiller systems in various industrial and commercial environments.
  • Diagnose and repair a range of chiller types.
  • Employ electrical and mechanical diagnostic instruments effectively.
  • Manage customer service requests, including job estimation and quoting.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including chillers, split systems, rooftop units, cooling towers, and pumps.
  • Maintain daily electronic documentation of services performed.
  • Drive company vehicle for service calls within designated areas.
  • Assist in training and supervising a small team of technicians.
  • Engage in specialized safety and equipment training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the repair and troubleshooting of industrial and commercial chiller systems.
  • Proven experience in servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment.
  • Thorough understanding of HVAC systems, including service, repair, complaint resolution, sales, and quoting.
  • Possession of EPA universal certification.
  • OSHA 10-hour certification is preferred.
