Role Summary:
In light of our significant growth, we are in search of an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance team at our healthcare laundry facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled team of Maintenance Technicians.
  • Oversee the installation, upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery.
  • Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance on all industrial equipment.
  • Draft, maintain, and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
  • Program and manage PLCs effectively.
  • Complete daily logs of maintenance and repairs.
  • Facilitate communication with Production Associates and Management.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and security of work tools; maintain a clean work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance, including at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Experience in commercial laundry maintenance is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Basic skills in reading, writing, and arithmetic are necessary.
  • Manual dexterity is required for operating machinery and computers.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds is essential.
  • Consistent attendance at scheduled shifts is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas is advantageous:
  • Electrical systems
  • Mechanical systems
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Plumbing
  • Carpentry
  • HVAC
  • Welding
  • Piping systems
  • PLC programming
  • Technical school training is preferred.
