Descripción del Trabajo

Este puesto es responsable de ofrecer un servicio al cliente excepcional para los clientes de Hobart, así como para el personal de la oficina de campo y la alta dirección. Esto incluye la capacidad de trabajar con muchos clientes de manera continua y resolver una variedad de consultas de servicio al cliente de manera oportuna.   • 70% Gestionar de manera eficiente y efectiva un gran número de comunicaciones entrantes y solicitudes de clientes (cotizaciones, entrada de pedidos, seguimiento, devoluciones) mientras se ofrece una experiencia excepcional al cliente.
  • Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con los clientes comprendiendo sus necesidades y recomendando soluciones que creen clientes para toda la vida.
  • Proporcionar información compliant, precisa, válida y completa para el cliente utilizando los métodos/herramientas adecuadas.
  • Responsable de la gestión de la entrada de pedidos y correos electrónicos grupales para asegurar una entrada de pedidos oportuna y la resolución de problemas a través de habilidades telefónicas profesionales, correos electrónicos y colaboración en equipo.
  • Seguir los procedimientos de comunicación, directrices y políticas.
  • 15% Cumplir con los objetivos personales/equipo de servicio al cliente y cuotas de manejo de llamadas/correos electrónicos.

  • 5% Trabajar con equipos multifuncionales para mejorar procesos y productividad.
Calificaciones
  • Diploma de secundaria o GED.
  • 4-6 años de experiencia en servicio al cliente.
  • Dominio de productos de Microsoft Office, incluyendo Outlook, Word y Excel.
  • Se requieren habilidades interpersonales sólidas al trabajar con clientes internos y externos.
