Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the parking lot and cart area, to ensure a safe and welcoming space for members.
  • Assist with club pick up orders, including contacting members to notify them of delayed pickup times, offering alternative product options, and ensuring products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures.
  • Resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, promoting the company's products and services.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
