Branch Manager Greater Peninsula

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Wells Fargo Bank. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a diverse team of direct and indirect reports, creating a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment and accountability to business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a highly defined customer engagement process, coaching to specific behaviors that lead to an enhanced customer experience and drive growth in the business.
- Drive accountability for operational excellence, executing policies and procedures in alignment with applicable regulations, and managing the allocation of people and financial resources for the branch.
- Coach, develop, and build a high-performing team to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business.
- Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding the customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the team and the business to meet Branch Network business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of available digital options to support adoption and customer convenience.
- 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports.
- Ability to build and inspire a team where adaptability, collaboration, and accountability to performance are critical to success.
- Ability to analyze performance, understand strengths and opportunities, and execute a plan that empowers employees to achieve business objectives.
- Exercise independent judgment and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment.
