- Guest Interaction: Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns and providing clear explanations of service performed.
- Documentation: Accurately document all services performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and complies with manufacturer and dealership guidelines.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience as a Mobile Service Technician or a similar role. Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing automotive issues, with a focus on Ford vehicles.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with customers and address their automotive concerns.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other service technicians, advisors, and dealership staff to ensure seamless service operations.
- Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Automotive Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification and/or Ford certifications are a plus.
- Reputation: Be part of a reputable and customer-focused automotive dealership.
