  • Diagnostic and Repair Skills: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in accordance with Ford specifications and guidelines.
  • Guest Interaction: Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns and providing clear explanations of service performed.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all services performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and complies with manufacturer and dealership guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience as a Mobile Service Technician or a similar role. Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing automotive issues, with a focus on Ford vehicles.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with customers and address their automotive concerns.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources.

Certifications:
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
