Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide evidence-based medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication skills and be proficient in electronic medical record systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine and treat acute and chronic illnesses, minor injuries, and other health issues.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
Qualifications
  • Active state NP license.
  • Current National Board Certification for NPs.
  • Active DEA licensure.
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of NP experience preferred.
