Job Title: Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Forefront Healthcare & Culinary Services is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional nutrition care to our residents.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for delivering high-quality nutrition care to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in long-term care and senior living, with experience in calculating nutritional needs, establishing goals, and implementing medical nutrition therapy.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver the highest level of nutrition care to residents to meet their overall needs.
  • Calculate nutritional needs, establish goals, and implement medical nutrition therapy for residents based on their overall nutritional status.
  • Establish effective strategies to implement innovative programs that lead to optimal clinical nutrition and positive financial outcomes.
  • Comply with regulatory standards, including Federal and State regulations, and accrediting agencies.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality nutrition and culinary programs.
  • Review menu cycles for nutrient analysis and diet consistencies.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives in the kitchen.
  • Implement Health & Wellness initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to encourage changes in nursing and kitchen management.
  • 1-3 years of long-term care and Registered Dietitian experience.
  • Basic Functional experience - Meets eligibility requirements for certification as a Registered Dietitian.
  • Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree.
What We Offer:
