Our overnight shifts typically run from 11 PM to 7 AM or 10 PM to 6 AM, with the potential for occasional 12-hour shifts. It is crucial for our staff to be attentive to the needs of our clients and ready to assist with a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with toileting and brief changes
  • Helping clients with dressing
  • Providing care for catheters
  • Facilitating Hoyer Lift transfers
  • Repositioning clients as needed
  • Engaging in dementia care and offering companionship to clients awake during the night
  • Performing light housekeeping duties
  • Managing laundry tasks
