Position Overview

Training and Development

New hires will undergo comprehensive training in various cleaning techniques and carpet repair methods. The company is committed to providing ongoing certification in the industry. Initial training compensation is set at $18.00 per hour, transitioning to an hourly wage plus commission post-training.

Daily Responsibilities

Technicians will manage a route of 2 to 3 jobs daily, focusing on the cleaning of carpets, upholstery, and tile flooring. Collaboration with fellow technicians may occur on occasion. The role requires the operation of truck-mounted cleaning equipment and, at times, portable machines.

Work Schedule

Employees are expected to work Monday through Friday, with one Saturday per month. Compensation includes an hourly wage plus commission for each completed job. Benefits include subsidized health and dental insurance.

Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance

Technicians will utilize a company vehicle and equipment, maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the truck is well-stocked with necessary cleaning supplies. Regular maintenance of the vehicle and cleaning machinery is also required.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record. A willingness to undergo a drug test is essential. Previous carpet cleaning experience is not a prerequisite.

Compensation: Starting at $18.00 per hour as a trainee, transitioning to hourly pay plus commission.
