Job Summary

Marriott International, Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. As a key member of our hotel's cleaning team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dishwashing machines, hand wash stations, and linen washers and dryers.
  • Transport dishware and linens across the hotel, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Prepare fresh clean linen and spotless dining ware for guests to enjoy.
  • Support cleaning needs across various hotel departments, including kitchen, food and beverage, and laundry.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, developing and maintaining positive working relationships with other employees and departments.
  • Support team efforts to reach common goals and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
Requirements:
  • No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
